Starks is a character in Modern Combat 2: Black Pegasus and Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation. He is the leader of Razor Squad.

Chase

In Modern Combat 3: Fallen Nation, Starks is rescued along with Anderson in Mission 4. He was severly beaten, and could not walk later on downs reports that Starks is hit, Downs, Walker and Anderson extracted Starks to safety. It is unknown what happened to him after Mission 5. But it can be assumed that he recovered from his injures.
