Campaign

The ACOG Scope is often seen attached to a Bravel-1 as a starting weapon for the player. In addition, the ACOG is attached the Maiden as the main weapon fielded by KPR forces in the missions Dragon King of the Sea and Surgical Strikes. The ACOG is also attached on the OPS55 in later missions.

Multiplayer

The ACOG Scope can be purchased for 4000 credits for any primary weapon in Modern Combat 3. The ACOG provides a 4x zoom, allowing players to engage opponents at longer ranges than they normally would. The scope features an orange-tinted lens and a modern rangefinding-type reticule. The ACOG can commonly be seen attached to weapons like the Bravel-1 or the Maiden, due to their high accuracy. The ACOG Scope is useful on more open maps, like Backup, since the long sightlines will put ACOG users at an advantage.

Trivia

• Along with the Thermal Scope, the ACOG Scope is the only optical attachment usable on every primary weapon in Modern Combat 3's multiplayer.
• When equipped with the Intercept-L200 and KR600 and transitioning to aiming down the scope, the top of the rifle will disappear.
